PERSONAL TRAINING POLICIES

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY:

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact your trainer. 24 hours’ notice is required for a cancellation or rescheduling in order for the session to remain "unused", with the ability to reschedule for a later date within the same week. Failure to cancel within this time frame or failure to show up for a session will result in the client being charged for the session. Exceptions will only be made in the case of a medical emergency accompanied by a doctor’s note. There is a no-refund policy on all packages purchased.​

TARDINESS POLICY:

Clients are expected to begin working out at the start time of the scheduled appointment. A late start time does not entitle a client to a session longer than the scheduled appointment.

EXPIRATION DATES ON PACKAGES:

All personal training packages have a 30-day expiration date from the day of purchase. Clients will need to keep on schedule with their training in order to avoid expiration of their purchased sessions. Any sessions that remain after the expiration date will be forfeited. Sessions expire 30-days after purchase, unless arrangements have been made and agreed to by their trainer. 

Covid-19 Related Policies:

In the event of a possible Covid-19 Lockdown members may choose to either move their personal training sessions to the virtual platform, or pause their subscription on a month-to-month basis for up to 2 months. Members will still be held accountable for the remaining portion of their contract once the "pause" to their subscription has been lifted.
