Personal Training Sessions & Packages
All personal training sessions and packages are non-refundable.
NF Apparel Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of eligible new and unused clothing up to 10 days after delivery.
Clothing must be returned in the same condition that you received them, with all contents inside and in the original packaging.
Returns are thoroughly inspected upon receipt, and are approved at our sole discretion.
Please allow 3-5 business days after return delivery for your return to be processed.
Last Chance items and all Limited-Edition items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs (including international returns) are the responsibility of the customer. We always recommend a trackable service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If we made a mistake with your order, please email us with your order number and we will issue you a return label.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 days of receipt of the returned item, subject to inspection approval.
Unless we made a mistake with your order, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping cost is also non-refundable.
NF Apparel Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don't offer an automated process for exchanges.
1. If the item is eligible for return, you are welcome to initiate a return by emailing us @ email@example.com
2. You can then reorder the desired item. We cannot guarantee that your desired item will remain available while the return is processing, so we recommend ordering as soon as possible.
